Dear Mr. Presley,
My name is Kelly and I am a big fan of yours. But we need to talk.
You have performed some of the greatest songs of all time, am I not writing this imaginary letter to the King of Rock about music. I mean, how typical would that be?
Oh no, I am writing you about a sandwhich. But not just any sandwich, this is the the peanut butter and banana sandwich. Also known as the Elviswhich’. So not only are you the King of Rock, but you have the greatest sanwich of all time named after you. You, sir, have some serious talent.
So here we are now 50 years later sitting around eating our Elviswiches, so everything is all fine and dandy, right? No.
You see, sandwiches are a classic, but the pb and b combo doesn’t have to be exclusive, does it? What if I want to share the love in a cool and creamy way?
Therefore, I ask your permission to create the newest craze; a peanut butter banana milkshake. It’s the classic Elvis flavor for a new generation! And if I don’t get your permission, then I wanted to extend my apologies for going ahead and making this creamy delight anyway.
You understand, right? Of course you do.
Best,
Kelly M

Peanut Butter and Banana Milkshake
Is this not the best combo of flavors, or what? And you can never have too many ways to enjoy it!
Ingredients
3/4 banana, frozen into hunks
1/2c.+2t almond milk (or milk of choice)
1t peanut butter
additional sweetener, to taste (I used about 5 drops of NuNuaturals Stevia, optional)
3-4 ice cubes, recomended but optional for amazing thickness
In a cup or small microwe safe dish, combine 1t peanut butter+2t almond milk and microwave for about 45 sec. and then stir together until they look like this.
Throw peanut nutter mixture along with all other ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
You understand how this could be good, right?
I know this is fall now, and it’s supposedly a “bad” time for mikkshakes,
